The Role

Our client, a multi-strategy investment firm, is looking for a AI Engineering Manager to join their team. This role is about building and scaling AI systems that empower traders, analysts, and portfolio managers. You’ll transform Macro and Fixed Income data into practical tools, streamline workflows, and enable faster, smarter decisions across the business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Leads AI teams that deliver high-impact solutions for complex market challenges.
• Transforms Macro and Fixed Income data into actionable AI tools for traders and analysts.
• Builds, deploys, and scales LLM and generative AI systems across enterprise environments.
• Fluent in Python, SQL, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, RAG pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Brings deep experience in trading, rates, FX, credit, or Macro markets and a strong technical background.
