Meet The Directors
Steve
Meet Steve
Steve focusses on working with technologist's at Novastela, placing candidates ranging across development, data, testing, Infrastructure & Devops. He often works with the top 10% of the market providing clients with hard to access candidates. Steve prides himself in knowing both the candidate and client unlike any other agency. Having placed over 200 professionals with this space in the last 8 and a half years it gives him great confidence in presentation candidates to clients that he has not only placed once but on more than one occasion in many circumstances.
Denesh
Meet Denesh
Den focusses on quantitative/systematic research and trading at Novastela. For the past 8 years Denesh has immersed himself within by the investment work and in particular partnering with world renowned elite hedge funds. This has enabled him to partner with industry leading portfolio managers, traders and researchers across the globe. Denesh also prides himself in having a strong network that spans academics and professionals. His passion and deep level of technical understanding within this space has allied him to develop a strong consultative approach with clients and candidates alike.

Steve
Steve focusses on working with technologists at Novastela. Placing candidates ranging across development, data, testing, Infrastructure and DevOps. Steve graduated from Gloucestershire University with a 2:1 BSc in 2013 and has worked for the last 8 years within two well-renowned agencies in London. Firstly, working for Aston Carter for 4 years and most recently 4 and a half years at Huxley Associates. Within both of these agencies Steve has focused on providing the top 10% of market to some of the most sort after clients in London ranging from large investment banks, asset managers, buy-side firms and eCommerce companies. Steve prides himself in knowing both the candidate and client, unlike any other agency. Steve has placed over 200 professionals within the technology space in the last 8 and a half years, he has great confidence in presenting candidates to clients that he has not only placed once but on more than one occasion in many circumstances.
Denesh
Denesh focuses on quantitative and systematic research and trading at Novastela. Prior to this, he helped launch from scratch and build Trace, the highly successful quantitative recruitment division of Oliver James Associates. He was a PhD researcher in Nanotechnology and Regeneration, whilst holding a double Master's Degrees from UCL and Imperial College of London. For the past 8 years, Denesh has immersed himself within the quantitative and systematic space focusing specifically working with investment professionals across the globe. His specialism has been a focus of working with clients within the buy-side and in particular world-renowned elite hedge funds. Denesh prides himself in having a strong network that spans academics and professionals. His passion and deep level of technical understanding within this space has allied him to develop a strong consultative approach with clients and candidates alike.
